In light of the Enhanced Community Quarantine, the Office of the Provincial Veterinarian will accept online application for Veterinary Health Certificate and Shipping Permits. We believe that a healthy agriculture sector will promote Food Security and Safety during these trying times. Together, we will all get through this.

Please be advised that starting April 20, 2020, you will be required to put your control number to all VHC's that you will be issuing as per BAI MC 11, s2020. Kindly advise your clients for these changes. Thank you very much
PROVET ONLINE APPLICATION
Online issuance of Veterinary Health Certificate. Please fill up the forms properly
1. Fill up and submit application Form
2. The VHC will be sent to the email address provided.
3. If shipment is going to CALABARZON or NCR, apply also for Local Shipping Permit
4. If shipment is going outside of CALABARZON or NCR (ex. Bulacan or Mindoro), apply for Local Shipping Permit at Veterinary Quarantine Services, Pier, Batangas City

COMPASSION OF VETERINARIANS IN TIMES OF DISASTER (COVID)
Via a Memorandum issued by the Department of Agriculture on March 20, 2020, licensed veterinarians may apply for a Conduct Pass through an online application system, for them to be accorded passage at the quarantine checkpoints, so that they can continuously provide veterinary and other technical services to farms and veterinary establishments. Veterinarians are one of the frontliners during this pandemic, by ensuring Food Security and Safety.
